What is in the product?
CBD is most commonly used for pain, anxiety and sleep. As time as progressed so has research. CBD in recent years has been helping people deal with Autism, Seizures, Arthritis, Lupus, Neuropathy, ADHD, Cancer, PTSD, Scoliosis, and many other problems that cause pain and frustration. Full Spectrum products contains many cannabinoids, usually high in CBD. First time use, best to try low and go slow. Low dosage and be patient to feel the effects. Eatables can be deceiving, Never take the whole thing. Especially if they contain high doses and or THC. Only cut a small piece and try first. Read the label, it should disclose dosage. When ingesting a product, the effects can take a while to kick in (20 minutes to 4 hours) If too many milligrams is taken it can cause severe uncomfortable effects, especially with THC. Read labels and understand with caution and ALWAYS keep away from children and pets.
Gummy & Tincture instructions
We make and sell two kinds of Gummies. CBD Gummies and CBD with THC called Sleep Gummies. Our CBD gummy is primarily used for anxiety and pain. The CBD with THC is used for sleep. RULE: First time use, go low go slow! Use the lowest dose and slowly work your way up to a higher dose. Before you take any type of gummy, be careful to FIRST read the serving size and milligram count. For first time use cut the gummy into 4 squares and take one square. It usually takes about 15 minutes to feel effects however it depends on your metabolism, a slow metabolism can take up to 4 hours to kick in and effects can last up to 8-24 hours. If it contains THC beware of side effects such as anxiety, panic, rapid heart beat, severe drowsiness, mind alteration, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, headache and if severe one must seek medical help immediately. Everyone is different so 1/4 of a gummy may work well, while others may need a half or a full gummy to feel a beneficial effect. The average gummy serving should not contain more than 40mg for CBD and 5mg of THC for comfortable effects. ALWAYS keep them out of the reach of children and pets!

We handmake our products. Whether it is cream, lotion, ointment, salves, rubs, oils, bath salts and bath oil one can use a few times daily as needed. CBD can help with pain and inflammation when rubbed into the skin where you have aches and pains. It also works good on insect bites for itching. Try it for dry and cracked skin, helps moisturize leaving your skin smooth and feeling fresh. Lotion will absorb quickly, creams and salves can stay on the skin longer and oils are easy to use on the go. If you are prone to acne and use the oil, best to clean the area after a few house of use to avoid clogging pores and causing acne. Some feel relief within minutes after application. Some it takes a little longer. With the topical use, one can use as often as needed. The results can last up to a few hours. Be sure to store creams and salves in a cool dark place. If in the heat or sunlight the product can melt. If that happens just mix well and freeze overnight. Product will go back to its normal texture.
